It is indicated on your preliminary reservation offer and must be paid upon entry to your rental or to Bellavista before departure. It will be returned to you within a month of your return, after deducting any damages noted during your check-out with your key manager. Please note that there are “family father” insurances that cover your stays with foreigners.
