This luxury apartment is ideally located between the Trocadero and Victor Hugo place, on the second floor of a beautiful building, classified as an historical monument.

Accommodation:

Entering the villa, you will have access to a spacious hall. From there, you can reach either the living room, the kitchen, the dining room or a office: The large living room is composed of various sofas and a fireplace; on the right side, we will see an office as well as another fireplace, various furniture and a plasma TV. It also has large windows and a balcony that leads to the Raymond Point Carré avenue. You will also enjoy a second office, which is on your left side (when you enter into the apartment). The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances such as an oven,

a double American fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster, an expresso/coffee machine and a dining area with a table. In front of the living room, you will reach the dining room. In this room, they're are plenty closets, a wine ceiling and a guest toilets. From there, thanks to a long corridor, you will enter into the bedrooms area. In this respect, there are 5 bedrooms and each one has its en-suite bathroom:

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 210), a plasma TV, some dressing spaces and a bathroom (with toilets).

Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 x 210); its en-suite bathroom (with toilets) and an office area with a plasma TV.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180 x 210), a fireplace and a resting area with a plasma TV.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed (120 x 200), an office and its en-suite shower room (with toilets).

Bedroom 5 is a studio. It has a double bed (160 x 210), a plasma TV and a bathroom.

Before entering into the fifth bedroom, on your left hand side, you will see an extra bathroom and a laundry room (equipped with a washing machine and a dryer); they are at your complete disposal during your stay. Each bedroom leads to a garden court so that you can benefit from the relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. An HIFI system is all over the apartment.
