This elegant mid 19th century stone château is enclosed on three sides by a dry moat and is set in 24 hectares of vineyards, to the west of the Garonne River, 40km southwest from Bordeaux.
To the front and sides of the château are the vineyards, and to the back a large terrace leads to a private swimming pool and to the River which extends to the north-west edge of the property.
You can fish and swim in the river which is located 150m from the château and is flanked by beautiful centenary trees. From the back of the house there are very pleasant views of the grounds towards the river.
A very good Sauternes is produced at the property and visits to nearby vineyards can be taken from here.
