The villa overlooks the beaches of both of bays and  the Intendance beach is only a few minutes walk. A caretaker couple lives on the premises and is available on a 24/7 basis to take care of the daily needs of the guests.

The colonial/creole style villa reflects the splendor of a bygone era with the furnishings and décor consisting of antique pieces wherever possible. A yearning for the human touch and the history which comes with some of the recycled and hand crafted items was also incorporated in the overall design and construction process. To the owners, luxury was not about merely a logo printed on a piece of stationary, but finding a home for range of colonial furniture pieces and eclectic objets d’art collected over a life time of travel.

The breakfast is included and to be served at the Banyan Tree Resort or room service at the villa. The guests can use the facility at the resort : tennis court and gym.
