The outdoor terrace area features comfy seats, shade to escape the hot Mediterranean sun and an outdoor barbecue area which you can enjoy.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 40% upon reservation and balance 55 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 40% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 40 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 40 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 300 €, cash, upon arrival.
