Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 50% upon reservation and balance 55 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 40% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 40 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 40 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 600 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.

Christophe S. Aout 2024 La maison est moderne avec beaucoup de domotique. Très bien finie et extrêmement pratique. Elle n’a pas vraiment d’âme semblable à un hôtel entre mercure et sofitel. La maison est très bien. L’environnement autour dénote avec la maison. La plage n’est pas recommandée. La piscine est relativement petite. La vue mer est uniquement sur une partie restreinte car cachée par un toit sur 3/4. La destination est plus tôt fêstive estival.
