Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 50% upon reservation and balance 60 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 50% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 10000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

Visite Aurore Octobre 2019 - De la route qui relie les plages de Palombaggia à Santa Giulia, je prends de la hauteur par une route avec quelques virages qui me mène sur le flanc de la colline. Arrivée au portail de la propriété j’ai hâte de voir la vue qui se cache de l’autre côté… Du jardin la vue est absolument époustouflante : en premier plan la côte et les rochers qui descendent vers la mer, et à l’horizon que du bleu à perte de vue. La villa est magnifique, de grandes terrasses couvertes longent la maison, toutes orientées vers la mer bien évidemment. La décoration intérieure est moderne et accueillante, de beaux volumes avec toujours de grandes baies vitrées pour profiter au maximum du spectacle. La chambre de maître dispose d’une baie vitrée en angle avec sa propre terrasse privée, trois autres donnent sur une terrasse toujours vue mer, et la quatrième dispose d’une terrasse qui donne sur un petit jardin privatif. Du patio je monte le petit escalier de fer forgé en colimaçon (donc pas adapté à tout le monde) qui donne accès à la suite à l’étage, complètement indépendante. La décoration est moderne et un peu ethnique avec des notes orientales. J’arrive sur la terrasse qui me donne l’impression d’être tel un aigle perché dans son nid sur un sommet qui domine la mer. Un nid grand et douillet avec tout le confort et un hammam en plus. Cette chambre est idéale pour un jeune couple qui souhaite garder son indépendance. Les deux autres chambres sont situées à l’écart du bâtiment principal dans une annexe, en contre bas du jardin. On y accède par un chemin qui comporte des marches et des dénivelés, je ne les conseille donc pas aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité ou aux parents avec de jeunes enfants. Elles seront parfaites pour des couples ou des jeunes qui pourront profiter en toute indépendance d’une superbe vue mer.
