The right word would rather be "transformation" : the owners put their heart and soul to offer a new life to the property, by creating beautiful volumes and bright openings.
Spending your holidays in this villa, you will discover a unique universe , where every detail was studied with care, in a very protected area of Corsica.
Situated near the village of Pinarello and its fantastic beaches, this villa provides 5 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathroom, and 4 of them offering a french window opening onto a terrace, with a sea or mountain views.
By choosing this house as your holidays, you will appreciate to stay in the middle of Nature, between mountains and sea, enjoying total quietness, located only a few minutes from the sea and the village of Sainte Lucie.
The owner found through the auctions from around the world, an Italian, French and American designed furniture. She even took care of designing a part of it, entrusting joiners, ironworkers and masons, to create the furniture, and indeed very unique rooms.
The main living space, on the 1st floor, is a huge room designed in an "artist studio" style. It offers an important height of ceiling, and it was thought in order to bring in a maximum of natural light, overlooking mountains on one side, and on the other side, through huge windows of 3 meters height, offering a fantastic view of the sea. A big terrace completes perfectly this living area, providing a place to enjoy moments in a complete peaceful atmosphere. Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 3000 €, credit card, along with down payment.

Visite Aurore Octobre 2019 - Au bout d’un petit chemin au cœur de la végétation verdoyante et luxuriante à proximité immédiate de la Plage de Pinarello, je découvre cette magnifique propriété. Dès que j’arrive, je suis subjuguée par son environnement : pas de vis à vis, pas de voisin, et 3500 m2 de terrain qui assure une intimité totale. Le jardin délicatement façonné est vraiment splendide, des plantes fleuries organisées en bosquets créent des parcours au détour desquels différents coins salons sont aménagés. On a qu’une envie c’est de se poser, se détendre, profiter du calme, du soleil et de la nature qui nous entoure. Le lieu dégage vraiment beaucoup de sérénité. A l’avant de la maison, la piscine sécurisée et chauffée, bénéficie d’un ensoleillement parfait et les arbres, qui bordent le solarium, permettent de trouver à tout moment de la journée un coin d’ombre. Tout a été réfléchi pour profiter au maximum de l’extérieur : à proximité de la piscine le pool house avec commodités, différents jeux pour enfants ainsi qu’une table de ping-pong et un boulodrome. Sous la terrasse couverte, qui longe la maison, se trouve une cuisine d’été complètement équipée et une grande table pour y prendre les repas. Elle est ombragée à tout moment de la journée et équipée d’une enceinte pour diffuser un fond musical. Les 4 chambres du rez-de-chaussée ont toutes un accès à l’extérieur avec un coin terrasse dédié, coffre fort et climatisation. Elles ont pour certaines une vue mer plus franche que d’autres, et une a la vue uniquement sur le jardin à l’arrière de la maison. A l’étage un grand open space : d’un coté la grande cuisine complètement équipée est très lumineuse grâce aux baies vitrées qui donnent sur la végétation ; de l’autre coté le salon-salle à manger qui s’ouvre sur une belle terrasse avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie de Pinarello. Complète l’étage la chambre de maître qui offre elle aussi une vue dominante sur la mer. De la propriété il est possible d’aller à la mer à pied : il suffit de suivre un sentier aux senteurs du maquis Corse d’environ 20 mins pour rejoindre la plage de Pinarello.
