Paiement terms : Down payment of 35% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 35% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, credit card, along with down payment.

Cette villa est parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Une ambiance conviviale s’en dégage, les terrasses sont conçues pour profiter pleinement des extérieurs. L’environnement est très agréable, le jardin est arboré et fleuri. Son point fort est sa situation centrale sur la route qui mène aux plus belles plages de Corse entre Santa Giulia et Palombaggia. De la terrasse en face de la maison on entend le bruit du passage mais à l’arrière on profite du paysage et de la tranquillité
