This large family home located in one of the most beautiful districts of Paris, awaits you for a French stay. Very spacious, it offers great living comfort in its 300 m2.
The interior is warm, very modern and with character. The spaces are decorated with great taste, which gives the place a welcoming spirit. There are 5 bedrooms including a large master bedroom with a very nice en-suite bathroom. On the second floor are the other 4 bedrooms (including one for children) and the two shared bathrooms. On this level there are 3 mezzanine bedrooms. It accommodates a total of up to 9 guests for a family stay. The many openings allow the sun to bathe all the rooms in the sun, and thus enjoy the best light throughout the day. At the back of the garden is a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a table perfect for enjoying breakfast under the sun. There is also a studio available for rent, perfect for a couple of friends for example.
The calm of this place is particularly remarkable, even if it is located in an ultra central position. As for the visit, this beautiful house is the ideal starting point for visiting the city of light. Close to the Pantheon, you can go on foot to visit the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral or the Sainte Chapelle. Nearby is also the Jardin des Plantes, ideal for floral walks in beautiful shaded paths. Do not leave Paris without going to see the unmissable Eiffel Tower just 20 minutes away. Why not take a few croissants from the bakery to taste them in front of the iron lady?
