Situated in the south of a delightful little hamlet not far from Uzès, this villa has been recently built in an architectural style typical of the region. The property is equipped with high-quality facilties, and every room of the house reveals remarkable attention to detail. Outside, there is all manner of plants: oleander, cypresses, lavender, rosemary, sage, agapanthuses and rose bushes, each more colourful than the next, blooming alongside a century-old olive grove. Enjoy wandering through the landscaped gardens abounding in Mediterranean plant species, and taking a dip in two beautiful infinity pools, one of which is heated upon request. What's more, the villa features several shaded terraces, dining areas and barbecues.
The interior is a harmonious blend of authentic materials and modern comfort. The farmhouse is fully air-conditioned, and comprises 8 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. Enveloped by scrubland, pine forests and vineyards, the property is removed from any outside noise, allowing you to unwind in a picturesque and restful setting. As for the surrounding area, there is a vast array of activities on offer, such as cycling rides, golf, canoeing, rock climbing, vineyard tours, truffle-growing workshops, historic sites (the Roman amphitheatre at Nimes, Orange, the Pont du Gard) and many other hidden gems.
The house is also suitable for smaller groups. Thanks to a carefully arranged layout, when the gate and inner locks are closed the property dips to form two independent farmhouses, each with 4 bedrooms, a swimming pool and a landscaped garden for private use.
