Steeped in history, this former convent and agricultural estate is now rehabilitated to offer you a high standard. You will enjoy its large interior spaces, each very chic and warmly decorated. You will be immersed in the typical Provencal style both outside and inside, right down to the detail of the door latch.
Perfect for moments together, this imposing house is the perfect place to get together. Imposing and fortified, it seems to want to preserve this convivial spirit that it secretly contains. At the heart of this huge building of 850 m2, you can discover a large swimming pool (18x5), fully protected for total tranquility.
The rooms are between 30 and 64m2 and offer a level of comfort close to that of a high-end hotel. Composed of 7 bedrooms, 5 of which are en suite, and a dormitory with 6 single beds, this villa can accommodate up to 20 people. In some of them there are stone vaults and exposed beams, which gives this house a certain uniqueness.
This beautiful luxury villa is perfect for receptions such as baptisms, cousinades, reunions with friends and even birthdays. The common areas have 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a dining room to share your meals. The layout of the living spaces allows you to be together during the day, while enjoying your respective share of privacy each evening.
The region is renowned for its culinary specialties such as truffles, wine and olive oil. You will think of visiting the village of Uzès which is only 10 minutes by car from the property. Listed village and renowned for the architectural richness of its town planning, you will enjoy strolling through its streets. All the houses are built in natural stone from the Gard, known and appreciated for its ocher color and its unique rendering. Located at the foothills of the Cévennes, you will find a moment of freshness in Uzès and enjoy the breeze that you only find here, in the middle of summer.
