The villa is located 50 meters from the sea, on the Escalet cove, a holiday oasis by the water. You will stay in a family and relaxed atmosphere. Located on the second line of the beach, quiet.
You will find yourself in an authentic garden with majestic pines a few steps from the sea. Heated swimming pool of 10 x 4m Outside, a dining area with large tables and lounges is available to you under the covered terrace. Lunch/dinner area under the pergola (plancha).
You will be a minute's walk from Escalet beach and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Pampelonne. On the main level of the villa, you will find a spacious, bright living room (with TV), sea view. A large covered terrace runs along the living space facing the sea. The kitchen has a view of the sea. There is a few steps to access a mezzanine which offers an office/lounge area and its sea view terrace. Here is the distribution of the rooms:

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 100% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 5000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.
