The villa offers five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Three bedrooms are located in the main house (two on the ground floor and one upstairs). Two additional bedrooms are in a separate guest house overlooking the pool and garden, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs, both with independent access.
- **Living Spaces:**
A spacious living room with large sofas, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, water and ice dispenser, induction cooktop, dishwasher, etc.). A separate laundry room is also available with a washing machine and dryer.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 5000 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.
