The main six bedroom house accommodates 12 people and sits impressively in over 6 acres of grounds on a hillside overlooking the sea in Elounda Crete
The main house has 3 tables (2 outside) seating 12.
The extensive grounds include an olive grove, a Roman tank, which is protected by Greek laws on antiquities, and several large outdoor sculptures.
An infinity swimming pool (12 x 6m) faces the sea, and has a large terrace on 3 sides, with a dining area seating 12 and barbecue under pergola. There is also a bathroom whith changing area and shower.
A large terrace off the living room and dining room, also sea facing, has an additional outdoor dining area.
Away from the house, on a hillside, is a Davis Cup size tennis court, with an adjacent boules court. There is also a croquet lawn.
Below the far end of the tennis court is a charming cottage with excellent views and an additional two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and patio
The steepness of the grounds makes the property unsuitable for the unsupervised small children.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 5000 €, credit card, along with down payment.
