The villa is located at 1,5km from a paved road this is why, we advice you to rent a SUV or a 4 wheels car.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 105
days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 90 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 90 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
