Set in the heart of its beautiful natural landscape, this unique and very spacious luxury property is located in the area of Agios Seris on the eastern side of the island of Kea (Tzia) just a 5 minutes drive from Tilegrafos Beach, a lovely sandy beach with turquoise waters.
Modern and well-thought in its design, the villa comprises two buildings with generous indoors and outdoors spaces.
Rich in its outdoors spaces as well, the villa has a large L-shaped private swimming pool while next to it there is a pergola-shaded lounge area with a built couch and stylish sun loungers. Around the building there are small paths leading either to the swimming pool or to the terrace in the front yard where there is a built outdoors dining table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. As an additional feature, a sound system has been placed inside and outside the house for guests to make the most of every moment spent at home or by the pool while on holidays.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 30 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
