Note: the road to reach the villa is not paved, a 4x4 car is not necessary but recommended.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 800 €, credit card, along with down payment.

Aout 2024 Jean Christophe B. Bonjour Aurore, Rien à dire sur la villa (localisation parfaite, couchés de soleil merveilleux…). Kéa est très agréable. 3 petites remarques : la piste est un peut difficile… Les climatiseurs sont bruyants Quelques affaires personnelles du propriétaire (chaussures, vêtements, dans des placards non fermés dans la chambre du 1er étage) Les salles d’eau sont un peut vieillottes Mais rien de très grave, le séjour fut parfait et un des meilleurs depuis que je loue chez Bellavista.
