The property consists of a main villa on 3 levels and its guest-house. The interiors are bright with large windows overlooking the sea, in white and dark brown tones and beautiful wooden furniture. The villa also has all the modern comforts. The villa does not need air conditioning because the stone house keeps a pleasant softness in summer. Parking for 3-4 cars inside the property.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 800 €, credit card, along with down payment.
