One of these beaches, Koundouraki has water sports and scuba diving. Koundouros is 26 kilometers from the Port of Kea (Korissia) and 16 kilometers from Ioulida, the capital of the island.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 800 €, credit card, along with down payment.
