Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 30 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, credit card, along with down payment.

Septembre 2017- Olivier H: Tout était parfait: l'accueil, les explications, la propreté de la villa, le service de ménage, la gentillesse de la personne responsable du ménage. La villa correspondait bien au standing que nous attendions. Un gros plus pour la vue sur Paros et les couchers de soleil fantastiques. Un petit moins pour la plage à 50 m de la villa : certes il y a une plage mais petite et l'environnement n'est pas exceptionnel. Nous préférions aller à la grande plage d'Agios Prokopios à 5 min en voiture. Par contre une voiture est vraiment indispensable mais heureusement nous en avions une. Idem pour faire les courses : il n'y a rien d'accessible à pied. Un point à améliorer est la qualité de la literie : les matelas ne sont pas à la hauteur.
