The villa can sleep up to 6 adults and 4 children (using the gallery). Non smoking is allowed in the house. The Villa is fully air-conditioned.The Villa has a great swimming pool (10m x 5 m).

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
