This splendid villa located on the Parikia Uphill has both a typical Cycladic architecture and natural environment. Its is a traditional villa built with Paros natural materials.
Paros is a few minutes from the villa but the house is very quiet and charmful. The nice view from the terrace offers an opportunity to look at the Parikia bay, around islands and marvelous sunset. There are two parking spots at your disposal.
In the garden, in the back of the villa, there is a BBQ, a Paros marble table which can welcome 10 people. You will be able to have nice dining moments outside.
There is a perfect harmony between materials and the natural colors of the space. You could visualize in the living room a reproduction of antic?s fresques from Santorin. You will be amazed by rock vaults, the quality of the floor and a fantastic view of the bay and a dining room.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 50% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.

Tout était parfait dans les nouveautés Il y a la clim partout maintenant c’est top et il y a aussi une grosse enceinte dans le pool house pour mettre de l’ambiance le soir. Le séjour à était super, la villa toujours aussi géniale. PS il faut changer le lave-linge. Septembre 2025. Le propriétaire nous confirme avoir changé le lave-linge.
