Around the house, the local vegetation has been preserved:
austere and dry in summer but strangely green and flowery in spring.
The Villa is located on a private land, which protrudes like a peninsula into the bay of Naoussa.
On the same plot of land is also the villa that we and our children live in.
The rented villa is completely independent. It has a private entrance and 2 private parking lots.
It is isolated from the other houses by the gardens. It is turned towards the sea and all its windows look out onto the sea.
The road to Naoussa is 150 meters from the villa.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, credit card, along with down payment.
