Beautiful property on the heights of Piso Livadi, overlooking the marina to the east, and the beach of Logaras to the west. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, and the neighboring islands: the island of Naxos which is 7 km away or the island of Ios. While being in a quiet environment, guests can either walk to the harbor, to the restaurants, to the beaches and do their shopping to enjoy the animation of the village or decide to relax on the many terraces or enjoy the private swimming pool (16 m x 3,5m).
Going down a few steps, you will have access to a large barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a bread oven. A large marble table will be the occasion to gather with family or friends to have meals with a view on the sea and the beach of Logaras, terrace protected by a large pergola. A nice garden with cypresses, oleanders and other shrubs as well as various flowers decorate the fenced garden.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
