This lovely Parian villa is built just in front of its almost private beach (50meters) overlooking the island of Naxos. It is surrounded by 200m2 of terrace with a private swimming pool (5mx10m) in front, all having a panoramic sea view. The house can accommodate up to 12 persons.
The outside terrace around the private pool is spacious with modern outdoor settings, two large pergolas, BBQ facility and wonderful view. Ideal for two families with children.
Please note that at some meters from the property, there is another similar villa (CYCPAR1801) but the two houses are completely independent one from another and separated with a stone fence.Thus, this is the villa completely isolated from the other one.
A tennis court is shared with villa CYCPAR1801 at the rear of the property.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 30 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 20% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
