The villa is constructed in 2007, on three different levels so to maximize privacy and calm.
Each level can be accessed independently.
You could admire from the villa the gardens,the beautiful sea view and the mountains around.
From there, you could organize a daily excursion to the nearest island as Spetses or Hydra, or visit the antic and famous sites of Epidaurus, Mycenea, Nafplio etc.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
