Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

30/07 - 06/08/2022 - Stan B. S The location was great, views from the house stunning, outside spaces incl pool lovely. Facilities inside the house mixed - great that it had aircon, coffee maker, ice maker etc - but cooking things were a bit limited, things like whisk etc missing. The house layout is a bit weird. Two nice double bedrooms didn’t have an en-suite bathroom. The third double bedroom is open to the works on a mezzanine floor abouve the living area so no privacy or bathroom. The outdoor eating area, BBQ, pizza oven not really very functional - a long way to carry everything from the kitchen, no fridge or dishwasher there. And the house is stuffed full of old junk and antiques - life size cardboard angels, many many old pots, every surface covered in bric a brac. Really could do with a big clear out. XX was basically helpful but there a bit too often - almost every time we opened the door he was outside (not really, I’m exaggerating) but we didn’t need such close supervision. All-in-all, it was a good sized house with mostly good things but could do with some reshaping, de-cluttering and a few things to add.
