Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

Les propriétaires Axxx et Axxxx ont su parfaitement nous accueillir dès le début, ils ont été facilement joignables et Axxx parle couramment français ce qui a facilité les échanges.
