This beautiful seafront villa is only situated in 50km of Lecce. Surrounded by a lovely garden, overlooking a pines forest, you will get outstanding views. From the villa, you could directly reach the beach going down by a staircase (160 stairs) through the pines forest. You will arrive to rocks cove.
Having a ground of 15000m2, you will have plenty the space to relax.
The property is on two levels: on the first floor you will have the common rooms well-furnished and a bedroom with two simple beds. This bedroom has a en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the refitted pergola is perfect for your lunche and your dinner. the dining table can welcome up to 10 guests. The patio as well as the pergola have a direct seaview.
You will access on the first floor by a staricase. You will find 4 more bedrooms with double beds having for each their private bathroom.
This villa will offer you all the comfort to spend beautiful holidays in an idyllic scenery.
Sea access is dangerous for children, therefore we offer it only to groups of adults (without children) and to a maximum of 9 persons, since one of the bedrooms is quite small.

Aout 2022 Raphael C. Villa relativement bien située car à mis chemin de beaucoup de lieu que nous connaissons, cela nous a évité de faire trop de km pour faire des visites. A l’intérieur il ne manquait rien, à l’extérieur on déplore le manque d’équipement. Un bel endroit, un beau lieu et une super vue. L’accès à la plage pas si difficile que ça. La discothèque ne nous a pas gêné plus que ça, les ados eux étaient contents. La villa est bien située, proche de tout. C’est le comble de se plaindre dans un endroit magique, mais on n’a pas compris le choix d’aménagement extérieur.
