Back in time, this old rural farmhouse had been used by the peasants during the harvest of the olives and after almost 100 years this building doesn’t lose its charm and authenticity.
It is now totally renovated and becomes a perfect holiday house, surrounded with the olive trees and located high up on the hill which offers magical view throughout the Puglia landscape all the way to the sea.
The property has two buildings : the main house (Lamia Nuova) which is ideal for big family, and the guest house (Lamia Vecchia) that is ideal for a couple would like keep their intimacy.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, credit card, along with down payment.

Juillet 2016 Steven LG De retour de vacances , je tiens à vous signaler que la maison nous a beaucoup plu et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Pour information, toute la maison (principale et annexe) est climatisée et dispose également de ventilateurs.
Aout 2015- Sophie. E: Nous avons trouvé le cadre très jolie, au milieu des trulli et des oliviers. La maison joliment décorée, vraiment très propre tout très neuf. La piscine agréable et bien entretenue. La cuisine bien équipée il manque toute fois une grande cafetière. Les salles de bain très propre, la literie propre et de bonne qualité. Nous avons eu des problème d'électricité pendant le séjour la personne qui s'occupait de l'entretien a été très discrète, agréable et disponible. Ce qui nous a manqué est vraiment la climatisation car nous avons eu une semaine très chaude. (la climatisation a été depuis installée en 2016) Dans l'annexe il a fait trop chaud pour dormir dans le lit en mezzanine le couple de jeune à utiliser de ce fait le canapé lit et l'annexe ne dispose pas de beaucoup d’espaces de rangement.
