This villa is located in the heart of the famous Costa Smeralda in northern Sardinia. It has glorious views over the crystal clear waters of the Costa Smeralda and is only a short drive away from a number of typical Sardinian sandy beaches. The house is a restored and enlarged shepherd's dwelling and retains an atmosphere of the old Sardinia in that it is quiet, relaxing and feels integrated within its natural surroundings. It has a splendid swimming pool, but also an outdoor Jacuzzi. The house benefits from a carefully tended garden, has shaded terraces and an equipped outdoor area to eat and make barbecue. Excellent atmosphere.
