This is an architect-designed modern villa of 600 square metres perfectly set in its own secluded fourteen-acre private estate. A stroll of just 50 metres will take you to a sandy beach typical of the famously beautiful beaches of north eastern Sardinia. Designed and built in 1976 by the Italian architect Caccia Dominioni, the villa guards its privacy jealously. It is not overlooked and few buildings can be seen from its grounds. Nevertheless it enjoys exceptional views over a small bay forming a natural harbour even for larger yachts. Another beach, just a 10 minute walk from the villa, is locally renowned for the crystal clarity of its water.
The villa is fully staffed and is suitable for larger parties, having nine bedrooms (six doubles and three twins), three with ensuite bathrooms. The living space comprises a spacious patio in addition to a separate covered terrace all of which face towards the headland and sea. A garden and lawn area of 1 acre provides ideal space for al fresco dining.
