Located on a hill, this beautiful villa overlooks the sea offering magnificent views on the Mediterranean, which you can admire from the pool or even from some parts of the villa with its large windows. The house is surrounded by a rocky landscape with shrubs and cacti.The garden of the villa, meanwhile, is dotted with a Mediterranean vegetation between magnolia, rosemary and lavender diffusing in the air, the sweet scent of holidays.
The house is ideal for small families since it has 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds. A third bedroom in the basement will be available from April 2024. In addition, the property is at an equal distance from the beach and the town of Sciacca; other cities of Sicily are a little further but are easy to reach. For you to choose what will be the activity of the day: idleness or visits?

Superbe villa, dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Un jardin bien entretenu, qui permet d'être à l'abri des regards. Des terrasses avec des petits salons pour profiter de l'extérieur à tout moment de la journée. Et un intérieur décoré avec goût, bien entretenu également.
