Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 60 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Aout 2023 Carole M . La maison est hyper bien située, rien à dire.
À part ça, on cherche la signification du mot luxe, tout est de sous - qualité. L’électroménager est très bruyant, à cause du frigidaire, on ne peut pas se tenir dans le salon. Il y a une seule prise électrique dans la cuisine. Le sauna ne marche pas très bien, le jacuzzi super bruyant, et ne monte pas à 28°C.
Derrière la maison, il y a avait un immeuble à 3 mètres avec vis à vis sur le jardin.
Equipe Bellavista : Nous sommes navrés que l’équipement de la villa n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Suite à notre échange téléphonique pendant votre séjour, une multiprise a été mise à votre disposition et la température de l’hydromasssage a été augmenté à 32°C, de ce fait le moteur est resté allumé plus longtemps pour porter l’eau à température. Nous avons procédé à une vérification de la villa, le frigidaire dispose d’un système “No frost”. Le Sauna a été contrôlé et fonctionne correctement. Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire, cela nous permet d’améliorer constamment la qualité de nos séjours.
