The small private pool (2m*3m, depth min 0.30 - max 0.60) is open from 01/03 to 30/11 and can bee heated, with extra cost, at maximum 26°C in fonction of climatic conditions.
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 9.00 pm and 12.00 pm with an extra fee of 30 Euro. The villa has a direct accès to the beach (that can't be considered private). From the garden we hear the noise of the coastal road

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 60 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.
