This luxury villa, located on the southern point of Sicily, enjoys a privileged position, overlooking the sea that can be reached directly by foot from the villa. Only a few hundred meters away, you can also enjoy a rocky cove and the sandy beach which is only 1 kilometer away from the property. The villa was built using natural materials and following the traditional architectural style. Elegant and refined, the property consists of a main building and an independent apartment. A collection of objects from around the world and paintings of young Sicilian painters reveal the good taste of the owner, an architect who personally cared for the renovation of the villa. Outside, you can enjoy the sea view and the island of Capo Passero thanks to the terraces surrounded by a garden that has been preserved in its natural state with bougainvillea plants, dwarf palm trees as well as figs of barbarism.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.
