This beautiful property was built in the south of Sicily between the small village of Avola and Cassibile. Near the property is one of the nine UNESCO World Heritage Sites that you can visit. Moreover, the location of this house is perfect since you can walk to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island (around 150 meters).
The large garden of the property hides a small marvel where you will love to go: a vegetable garden where you can directly pick fruit and vegetables and a beautiful swimming pool 17m x 3m (1.5 m deep).
The common rooms are all connected to provide a friendly space where you will like to meet with each other. The living room and dining room have patio doors giving you direct access to the garden. The decoration is simple but has been chosen with taste.
Throughout your stay, enjoy services and activities such as guided tours of the region that can be directly booked on site. Other beauty treatments can be organized (massages - hairdresser) but also sports activities. Now the choice is up to you.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2500 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

Lisa B. Aout 2017 We have left this afternoon. As promised, our feedback. We had a wonderful week despite small inconveniences. Plus ( ): -beautiful renovation of an old building; -simple but high quality and very well-planned design and amenities inside the house; -beautiful garden and property, and we ate tomatoes and peppers; -pool is great for adults, clean but not chemical; good size; lap swimming! -accessibility to beach is great, especially since crowded there. It was good to swim, explore rocks and then return to the beautiful house; -inflatable kayak and raft were super; -Mohamed and Ela were always helpful and efficient; Ela did the shopping and simple but good cooking for us so it was really vacation! -concerned owners who were always there by phone to help solve small problems in situ thanks to their good relations here (electricity outage, etc..). Minus (-): -Noise of the road is loud when sitting/eating outside; (someday an anti-noise fence would help) -ant infestations inside the house; -unreliable internet connection, which stopped at 23:50 every night in addition. -also, you really need a big parasol by the pool, the kind that is anchored and heavy that you can close or remove at night if you are worried about the wind (we didn't have any).
