The large living room and dining room open onto the panoramic terrace ideal for outdoor dining and to enjoy the sun. In both summer and winter you can enjoy these spaces by opening the large windows to bring in the mountain breeze and breathe the pure air of the lake.

Aout 2024 Emma L. Superbe position sur le lac de Come avec une vue magnifique. Le jardin est vraiment très beau super agréable et très bien entretenu. La maison est très grande qui est très bien. Elle aurait besoin d’un peu plus de maintenance, il faudrait continuer à changer les fenêtres certaines sont encore en bois et à changer. Les stores de la salle à manger et du salon étaient cassés nous l’avons signalé. La cuisine est très bien il manquait quelques objets que nous avons signalé ou acheté, la machine à glaçon était en panne le technicien est passé rapidement mais la pièce n’est pas arrivée pendant notre séjour. Le chemin d’accès pour le lac n’est pas entretenu il y a des trous, des herbes hautes, des l’éboulis. Il n’y a pas accès pour se baigner. En vu du standing il serait bien d’avoir la climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud certaines nuits et des moustiquaire surtout en l’absence de la climatisation.
