For those who would like to stay on the ground, the villa has a large attractive garden with swimming pool (14m x 7m), private 9 holes golf course, tennis court (shared with the owner) and two bicycles. The owner proposes many original services such as helicopter trip, or trip on a sailing boat of 15 meters (49 ft) or also on a classic wooden sailing boat of 12 meters (39 ft). Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, cash, upon arrival.
