This mansion built during the 40's was recently renovated with a sober and refined style. It's surrounded by a 20,000 square-meter park with manicured lawns and pine woods offering beautiful views of the lake and Borromean Gulf.
In the basement of the villa, a space is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. It is accessible directly from the garden or from the travertine stairwell descending from the living area.
You can relax inside the jacuzzi or the steam bath, enjoy the fitness area, then rest over comfortable relax beds or sip herbal teas prepared in the herbal tea corner. You can also relax in the TV room in the basement and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake .
Located at only 1 km from the charming village of Baveno, you will find many restaurants, bars and alimentary shops.
Many sporting activities are available in the area, especially water sports, hiking, cycling, golf, boat trips, sightseeing trips and skiing at the Mottarone ski resort.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, cash, upon arrival.
