This property is located on the western side of Lake Maggiore in the beautiful park of “Lagoni di Mercurago”. From many points on the estate, especially from the garden, it is possible to enjoy magnificent views of the lake and the medieval fortress of Angera on the opposite bank. A famous architect designed and built this villa in the 1960's, and it has recently been restored and refurnished in a modern style. The interiors are spacious and light, with wide range of color, even if the white remains dominant. The house has been featured in several magazines that are specialized in architectural design. It consists of a circular main section containing a very large living room that was once a dance hall, and two wings with identical hallways leading to a large dining room and bedrooms. The result is a house with a spectacular structure in the shape of an airplane.

Aout 2015-Sylvie DC: Tout c’est merveilleusement bien passé! La villa est intéressante, un emplacement étonnant (d’ailleurs il a été difficile de la trouver... à notre arrivée, heureusement le mari de la chargé des clés est venu nous chercher pour nous accompagner à la villa). Le terrain magnifique très bien entretenu comme la maison, une ambiance très chouette. Le personnel très agréable. Le village à proximité sans intérêt mais la ville de Arone à proximité plus tôt sympa et facile d’accès, la région est magnifique.
