This typical Tuscan house has been completely restored and taken care to respect its original form. The central structure of the villa is a tower of the 11th century. The old structure has been consolidated and when possible, the original materials re-used. The rental is part of a 69 acre farm, specialized in the production of extra virgin olive oil. It is possible to purchase the products of the farm. The villa is located half way between Florence and Siena in the heart of the Chianti district; vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees in a landscape modeled by centuries of farmers’ patient toil surround it. The views encompass the Castle of Santa Maria Novella and stretch as far as the towers of San Gimignano across the rolling countryside.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 75 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 75 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, cash, upon arrival.

Aout 2022 Delphine B Le lieu est très beau, les chambres et salles de bain super Piscine maison très bien Nous avons été super bien accueilli vraiment très bien Les deux bémol => énormément de marches dans cette maison, beaucoup de demi étage, pas idéale pour un enfant de bas âges (moins de 3 ans), beaucoup d’escalier Et la cuisine n’est vraiment pas pratique (l’évier du bas ne fonctionne pas les équipements sont un peu vétuste, la cuisine mériterai un refresh et une revue fonctionnelle) autrement la maison était très belle L’électricité à payer en plus c’est dommage de devoir rajouter tout ce cash !
Aout 2022 Christophe S. La maison est dans son jus, avec son coté rustique, un peu vieillot, mais nous le savions. La maison est très agréable, le seule espace non climatisé est le salon du haut impossible a utiliser il y faisait trop chaud. L’équipement a vécu, la propriétaire nous a indiqué qu’elle envisage de refaire la cuisine. La piscine est sympa même si il manque une zone d’ombre à proximité. L’environnement était jaune, brûlé à cause de grande sécheresse de cet été. La villa est relativement bien située car à mi chemin de beaucoup d’endroit que nous connaissons et cela nous a évité de faire trop de kilomètre. La maison située à coté est très proche.
