This beautiful villa is situated a few kilometers from the ancient village of Malmantile and only 20 kilometers from Florence. It is an original stone Florentine villa, built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower. Most of the rooms have vaulted ceilings. A 600 meters drive leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property. The villa is situated in the centre of an estate producing olive oil and wine. The present owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a comfortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. From the garden, and especially from the pool, there are lovely views of the countryside and villages nearby.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.

Aout 2023 Lorenzo C. Magnifique villa, dans un lieu reculé, vue imprenable, architecture atypique. La piscine était splendide. La cuisine était un peu petite pour la taille de la villa et le nombre de couchage. L’équipement en vaisselle était un peu limité également (8 couteaux seulement, les batteries de cuisine étaient certes complètes mais un peu vétustes). Accueil des propriétaires parfait, du début jusqu’à la fin. Notre interlocutrice a a été de très bons conseils, ses propositions correspondaient parfaitement à nos critères. C’était également très appréciable d’avoir toutes les informations sur la villa, ses qualités comme ses potentiels défauts. En bref, c’était génial, difficile de faire mieux.
AOUT 2016 – Corinne F. Le séjour s’est très bien passé, la maison était conforme à notre souvenir. Les courses étaient faites comme convenu cette année. La piscine est entretenue quotidiennement et le ménage fait tous les deux jours. Le confort est simple mais tout est là, le wifi reste très « capricieu » et ca c’est dommage. Quant à vous Mesdames, le service pre et post séjour est parfait. Merci encore
