The villa was meticulously restored from what were formerly an olive mill and a barn. The two buildings are now connected by a large entrance hall and terrace. The result is an impressive stone-built building. Attention has been given to using only traditional materials. The interiors have been tastefully furnished with great care in a country yet elegant style. The villa has also been equipped with all modern facilities, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. A PC card is at clients’ disposal to connect their laptops. The location of the villa, its efficient insulation, and the presence of ceiling fans in every bedroom ensure that the temperature at the villa remains comfortable even during the hottest nights of the summer. Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.
