On the hills south Lucca and facing Pisa West side, this charming house boast a panoramic view on the neighboring countryside, famous for its olive oil and inimitable camellias. Just near a lovely medieval village, the house is a place of conviviality whom the owners refurnished with traditional furniture but also integrating the modern comfort one can wish. The kitchen has particularly been rethought in order to provide open spaces: it knows offer a terrace with a pizza oven with garden furniture. This place is a safety of peace, in a hospitable natural environment ideal to resource oneself. Nevertheless Lucca city is only 25 minutes drive, thus the house is not completely out of the world... the highway is also few minutes drive, and is a good way to wander the Tuscany area

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.

Août 2023. Pascal.B. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour. La villa est très soignée et très bien entretenue, avec beaucoup d'attention aux détail. Elle est décorée avec soin tout en étant très fonctionnelle. La piscine et sa terrasse sont très agréables. La vue sur la vallée et les Appenins est splendide. Le seul petit bémol est qu’il y a beaucoup de moustiques dans le jardin. Sinon, la localisation est parfaite entre Pise et Lucques.
