You will find this charming villa in the hills of the Tuscan countryside, between olive groves and vineyards. Few kilometers way from there, the fortified city of Lucca offers you shops and all facilities. A little further, you will be impressed by the leaning tower of Pisa or you will also have the possibility to discover the marvelous and well-known city of Florence.
Coming back to the villa, divided in two houses, you will appreciate its modern equipment and the decoration of its rooms, chic and sober at the same time. At the end of the day, you could take a rest next to the pool (11m*5m), enjoying the beautiful landscapes in front of you.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Aout 2023 Sandra B. La maison est vraiment très bien, d’une propreté exemplaire, parfait dans le soucis de tous les détails (les produits d’entretien sont à dispo) tout est très propre et très bien gérée. Les frigidaires sont nettoyés tout le temps, les femmes de ménage débarque le mardi à 10h et font un super travail. Le jardinier vient tous les matins pour entretenir la piscine. La maison est très agréable, il y a la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, salles de bains neuves dans toutes les chambres, les moustiquaires partout, il y a même des prises à moustiques partout. Tout est très bien rangé et très bien pensé. On profite de très belles vues, il n’y a pas du tout de voisin, que des vignes à coté. Le jardin clos et très grand. Bon il y a 3 alarmes c’est un peu lourd… La maison est dans un style ancien mais nickel, la peinture de l’extérieur mériterais d’être refaite ça ne donne pas très envie. Nous avons eu guêpes et frelon à foison pendant le séjour. A signaler qu’il n’y a pas de lumière à l’extérieure (que des photophores qui de plus étaient en entretien pendant notre séjour absolument pas suffisante et pas pratiques) ça manque d’un coin canapé extérieur. .
