Originally a farm house, this property has been refurbished into a luxury villa, by using authentic materials to reserve the Lucchesian style from the terracotta tiled floors and chestnut beamed ceilings. Modern comfort has also been introduced to the property including the well equipped kitchen, large open sitting and dining area with barbeque for al fresco dining, and a gym.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 3000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.
