This was originally an old hayloft, which has recently been converted into a delightful cottage. It is located in a superb position, high in the hills, 15 km to the south-east of Lucca, and surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. There are fantastic views over the countryside and the plain of Montecatini in the distance. Both the house and the pretty garden are exceptionally well maintained by the owners, and the interiors are equipped with all modern facilities. The swimming pool, situated to one side of the house, is in a perfect position to enjoy the beautiful views. Close to the pool area, there is a stone- built barbecue and pizza oven, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Near the driveway, about 20 meters from the house, there is small guest house with a double bedroom and bathroom. The property is ideal for those looking for peace and tranquility.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 50% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.

Blandine H. aout 2021 Ce petit mot pour vous dire que tout s’est bien passé à la villa TOSLUC 1040. Maison en pierre très agréable et fraiche (même sans clim), panorama magnifique. Comme annoncé le chemin d’accès est vraiment difficile mais on rejoint relativement rapidement la route. Séjour impeccable, superbe vue, Tout très bien! Location avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix: située au calme, dans une maison toscane typique, et avec une jolie piscine. Votre agence apporte une bonne aide lors du choix de locations, en donnant des détails supplémentaires par téléphone une fois la pré-selection faite. Et j'apprécie l'appel de suivi une fois sur place pour vérifier que tout se passe bien
Guillaume G. Aout 2015 : Notre séjour c’est très bien passé! La villa est très chouette, propre, fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. La literie très bien. L’extérieur très joli, le jardin est très bien, la vue très agréable. Environnement est très agréable. Lucca très sympa je m’en rappelais pas…La villa a l’énorme avantage de permettre un accès rapide à l’autoroute et à Lucca, mais cette proximité n’empiète en riens sur la tranquillité et le décor, on est vraiment dans un décore Toscan. La personne en charge de l’accueil était très bien et la femme de ménage a été très discrète pendant notre séjour et nous l’avons vraiment apprécié.
