This charming property has been recently renovated keeping its authenticity. Situated in the Southern East of Lucca, in around 15 min from the clsest town, this villa is the perfect place to stay in a peace area. Lucca is a part of Tuscany which have lots of historical treasures like medieval hamlets, Romanesque Churches. Between the olive groves, the vineyards and the fields, the coloured landscapes will amaze you.
When you will enter in the house, you will be seduce by the friendly atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the common rooms are open and bring you outside onto the garden and the terrace.
The first floor has two bedrooms as well as a bathroom. On the lower level another open space which is connected to the last bedroom and the third bathroom has been refitted to welcome to more guests.
The villa’s design as well as the furniture have been chosen with care by the owner.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.
